At SW Football Academy, our mission is simple: to equip local players—of all ages and abilities—with the tools, confidence, and mindset needed to excel on and off the pitch. Drawing on Jamie’s years of professional playing experience across the English Football League and international youth representation, we provide tailored one‑to‑one coaching, dynamic group training sessions, and a structured youth development pathway in a fun, professional, and inspiring environment.

Meet the Team
Behind every session at SW Football Academy is a coaching team dedicated to helping players unlock their potential. Led by founder and head coach Jamie Sendles-White, our coaches bring a unique mix of professional playing experience, expert knowledge, and a genuine passion for developing ambitious footballers.
We believe the best learning environment comes from working with people who have lived the game at a high level and understand what it takes to succeed. Every coach at SW Football Academy is not only qualified and DBS checked but also committed to delivering sessions that are challenging, supportive, and tailored to the needs of each player.

Our team shares one mission: to give players the tools, mindset, and confidence to perform on the pitch and to carry those qualities into all aspects of life.

Founder & Director
Jamie Sendles-White
Jamie is an experienced ex-professional footballer, Founder and Director of SW Football Academy. He has played for a number of teams throughout his career including QPR, Mansfield Town, Hamilton Academical, Swindon Town, Leyton Orient, Torquay United, Crawley Town, Aldershot Town, Welling United and Yeovil Town. He has also played international football for Northern Ireland. Jamie’s approach is rooted in empathy. He takes the time to understand each of his students, recognising that every player has their own journey, challenges, and strengths.

Jamie currently coaches with QPR FC U23s alongside running SW Football Academy.

SWFA Coach
Louis Storey
Louis joins the coaching team at SW Football Academy, bringing with him a wealth of experience in the mens game. After excelling at Newcastle United youth ranks, he played for a number of non-league clubs before settling at Gateshead where he made a name for himself as an excellent modern day centre back and an outstanding coach/assistant manager. Leading on from the teams and his success at Gateshead, he moved to Crawley Town as assistant manager in league one before heading back to his role at Gateshead with a brief playing spell at Dorking Wanderers in-between.

​Louis's approach is built on energy, positivity, and a clear understanding of what it takes to compete in the modern game. His experience as a current player allows him to connect with young footballers in a unique way, inspiring them to work hard and enjoy every step of their football.

SWFA Coach
Ben Shroll
Ben Shroll is a ex professional footballer who enjoyed spells with Aldershot Town, Havant & Waterlooville, and Hampton & Richmond Borough. Now playing part-time, Ben remains deeply connected to the game, taking pride in passing on the lessons, skills, and mindset he developed during his career. Whether on or off the pitch it, Ben helps others grow, sharing the passion that fuelled his own journey in football. By blending his professional knowledge with this people-first philosophy, Ben inspires those he works with not only to become better athletes, but also to grow as individuals.

Ben runs 1 to 1 sessions on Saturday mornings.

SWFA Coach
Ben Stallard
Ben Stallard has recently joined the SWFA team. After representing Wycombe Wanderers at youth level until the age of 16, Ben went on to play for Aylesbury United, Binfield and currently plays for Flackwell Heath FC in step 4 of the non-league pyramid, alongside running his own one-to-one small group sessions.

Ben's passion and extertise in his coaching is backed up by his FA level coaching and strength & conditioning qualifications.
​
Ben will be running summer camps and may transition into one-to-one coaching at SWFA in the future.

SWFA Coach
Jake Lawrence
Jake has recently joined the SWFA team. After representing AFC Wimbledon at youth level until the age of 18, Jake currently plays for Dorking Wanderers in the national league south.

Jake's passion and expertise in his coaching is backed up by his FA level coaching license.
​
Jake will be running 1 to 1 sessions and also working alongside the academy group sessions to pass on his experience to the next generation.

SWFA Coach
George Hampton
George has first hand experience of the coaching and expectations of our coaches through several years of training and developing at our academy. His passion for football has not only enhanced his performance on the pitch but fed his desire to pass on what he has learnt to the next generation.

He will be running our summer and half term camps whilst picking up valuable coaching hours along the way.

SWFA Coach
Leo Young
Having joined AFC Wimbledon at the age of seven, Leo progressed through the club’s academy system, consistently developing his game and demonstrating strong commitment and professionalism throughout his journey. His hard work was rewarded in 2024 when he signed his first professional contract with the club.
He made his senior debut in December 2025 against Cardiff City in the EFL Trophy, marking a significant milestone in his playing career.
Alongside his development as a player, he is equally passionate about coaching and mentoring young footballers. He is continuing to build his coaching experience alongside Jamie at SW Football Academy, aiming to pass on his knowledge, experience, and technical understanding of the game to the next generation. He currently holds a UEFA C Coaching Badge and is committed to further progressing within the coaching pathway.

SWFA Coach
Ethan Cassie
Ethan is an energetic and committed striker currently playing for Abbey Rangers. He has previously represented Guildford City, Metropolitan Police F.C, Banstead Athletic and Dorking Wanderers F.C, gaining valuable experience across the non-league game and continuing to develop his understanding of the sport at a competitive level.
Away from his playing career, Ethan has a genuine passion for coaching and inspiring young footballers. He is enthusiastic about building his coaching experience and is committed to helping players grow in confidence, improve technically, and most importantly, enjoy the game.
Ethan will be working at our school holiday camps, where he brings outstanding energy, positivity, and a fun, engaging approach that creates a fantastic environment for young players to learn and develop.

SWFA Media Manager
Kaycie Wareham
Kaycie is a dedicated female footballer and emerging media manager, whose deep understanding of the game shapes everything she creates. Alongside studying sports and coaching, she plays at a high level for both Dorking Academy U19s and Walton & Hersham Women’s First Team, giving her first hand insight into elite training environments, player development, and match demands.
Working closely with coaches, Kaycie captures high quality live photography and video content from training sessions, which helps showcase the players progress. Her content highlights individual players along with group training sessions.
Kaycie understands football from the inside out, her photos and videos go beyond visuals alone. They tell the story of growth, learning, and performance, making her content both authentic and impactful. She has begun her photography and media journey through SW Football Academy, where her passion for the game and creative eye continue to develop.
Kaycie is a vital part of the team, combining football knowledge, professionalism, and creativity to produce content that genuinely reflects the game and the people within it.

Individual Coaching
We offer individual sessions tailored to the player. The full 60 minutes focus is on you. Whether looking to just enjoy playing, reach maximum potential, find a pathway to the pro game or work hard to stay in the pro game, we're here to help, This is personalised training designed to focus on your individual strengths and identify areas for improvement.

SW Football Academy
Our academy group sessions bring together the most talented players in each age group to train, compete, and push each other in a high-performance environment. With showcase games on the horizon, we provide a platform for players to impress the right people and take the next step in their football journey.

Pro Sessions:
Elite Training Sessions
SWFA Pro Sessions provide the perfect environment for players who have stepped away from the pro game, semi-pro players looking to add extra intensity to their weekly schedule, and players out of contract who need to stay sharp in preparation for new opportunities.
